Day 1 Arrive Tokyo
Arrive in Tokyo at any time.
Day 2 Nagano
Host of the 1998 Winter Olympics, Nagano has the historic Zenkoji Temple, and the world famous Jigokudani Monkey Hot Springs, where you can watch wild snow monkeys bathing in the natural hot springs.
Day 3-4 Yuzawa Onsen
Nestled in the heart of the Japanese Alps, the surrounding mountains created a winter sports paradise, as well as being one of Japan's largest hot spring resorts.
Day 5 Koyasan (D,B)
Live, eat, sleep, and pray like a monk at this amazing religious centre based on the top of the 800m Mt Koya.
Day 6-7 Matsuyama
Located in rural Shikoku island, Matsuyama is home to Japan's oldest onsen, Dogo Onsen, as well as the impressive Matsuyama Castle.
Day 8-9 Beppu (2B)
One of the world's most geothermally active regions, Beppu is Japan's premier onsen resort.

Day 13 Tokyo
