Day 1 Arrive Moscow

Arrive in Moscow at any time.

Day 2 Moscow (B)

The Russian capital is rich in history and home to some of the country’s most famous sites. Visit Red Square which contains the Kremlin and its immense complex of palaces and churches, the stunning St Basil’s Cathedral with its colourful domes, and the treasure-filled Armoury.

Days 3-5 The Golden Ring (3B)

The Golden Ring is one of the oldest routes to be found in Russia and is dotted with ancient towns each representing a different historic spirit of the Russian people. Visit the golden domes of Sergiev Posad, the unique architecture of Vladimir and Suzdal, and the cathedrals of Yaroslav.

Days 6-7 St Petersburg (2B)

Filled with canals and opulent baroque architecture, St Petersburg is a visual masterpiece. Marvel at the vast collection of art at the world-famous Hermitage, then venture further afield to Pushkin and wander through the palaces and gardens that were once used as the Tsar’s royal estates.
