Day 1 Arrive Madrid
Arrive in Madrid at any time.
Day 2 Madrid
Madrid has it all—history, architecture, museums, galleries, beautiful parks and a wild nightlife. Spain's capital city’s most exciting street is the Gran Vía, but be sure to visit the Plaza Mayor –the true heart of Madrid.
Day 3-4 Seville
Seville is one of the most exciting and beautiful cities in the country. Muslim monuments, flamenco, and a large lively student population maintain its energetic pulse. Orient yourself with a city tour, then explore at your leisure.
Day 5 Ronda
It's impossible to miss the town's most unique feature - a 100m deep gorge splitting the town in two. The spectacular gorge is bridged by the magnificent Puente Nuevo (New Bridge).
Day 6-7 Granada
Head to the traditional Andaluz city of Granada. Explore the ancient palace of Alhambra, one of the greatest accomplishments of Islamic art and architecture.
Day 8 Malaga
With beautiful Moorish architecture, fabulous nightlife and incredible seafood, don't miss out on Malaga.
Day 9 Tarifa
Relax and take a break from your urban adventures to explore the beautiful Spanish coastline and its beaches. The options are endless here, including kite/wind surfing, horseback riding or just lying on the beach.
Day 10 Tangiers
Enjoy a relaxing ferry ride to Tangiers, Africa. Grab a coffee at the Cafe Halfa and savour the phenomenal views.
Day 11 Tangiers/Chefchauen (B)
Start the morning with a guided tour of Tangiers, including the Kasbah with the Grand Socco and its myriad of small shops and artisans, the Hercules Caves and the Cape of Malabata.
Day 12-13 Ouessane/Fez (2B)
Journey over the Rif Mountains to Fez via the town of Ouezzane. In the afternoon, go treasure-seeking in the souks' various quarters and endless maze of alleyways. Delve into the historical side of Fez. Visit the Nejjarine Fountain, Bou Inania Medersa, Meliah and the Jewish cemetery.
Day 14 Volubilis/Meknes (B)
Explore the Roman ruins of Volubilis, the exteriors of the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum. Continue your journey to Meknes, which includes the Bab Mansour, the Roua Stables and the Moulay Ismail Mausolem.
Day 15-16 Casablanca/Marrakech (2B,D)
We stop en-route to wander the famous streets of Casablanca. Enjoy a morning historial visit of Marrakech incuding the Koutoubia Minaret, the Bahia Palace, the Mellah and the Saadian Tombs. Take one last chance to wander the souks and bargain for trinkets before having a farewell dinner with your newfound friends.
